| Upon obtaining the brief from the client our design team put together a concept which is presented to the client in the form of a computer generated visual. If the client approves the initial concept we then offer the facility of preparing a virtual tour of the exhibition stand design, which demonstrates the appearance of the stand from all angles. Alternatively a 3D model can be produced.
Working drawings are then progressed so that the specified materials and finishes can be purchased ready for the manufacturing process to commence. Each active exhibitions design is wholly custom-made by our own production team and manufactured here at our own premises. Transportation of the completed Exhibition stand to the venue and the subsequent installation is again carried out by our own personnel.
If graphics have been specified by the client these are available in a number of different finishes and sizes. The artwork and photography can be originated by us or the graphics can be produced from artwork supplied by the client.
Flooring, furniture, floral displays, lighting and special effects are all selected to incorporate the overall design of the exhibition stand and are chosen to suit the individual requirements of the exhibitor. Plasma screens, if required can also be incorporated in to the stand design allowing the client to show information about the products and services that they offer. Presentation equipment used on exhibition stands can vary from a simple video monitor to extremely complex systems using lights, sound, video and staging effects. |
